The Board of Trustees shall serve as the Investment Fiduciary of the Retiree health Care Plan.  The general administration, management and responsibility for the proper operation of the Fund and for making effective and construing the provisions of the Fund shall be vested in the Board of Trustees, consistent with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Board Information

Meets quarterly in County Administration, 304 E. Grand River Ave., Conference Room 7, Howell, MI.

This Board shall consist of five (5) trustees, as follows:

  1. The County Administrator of the County of Livingston or his/her designee.
  2. The County Treasurer of the County of Livingston or his/her designee.
  3. The County Financial Officer of the County of Livingston or his/her designee.
  4. One (1) representative of the Board of Commissioners as selected from amongst their members.
  5. The County Clerk of the County of Livingston or his/her designee.
